Algae are selected for fast growth and greatest oil content.
The algae are then genetically engineered to enhance their
best commercial characteristics.

Algae produces 7 to 10 crops per year compared to 1 or 2
crops per year for traditional oil producing crops.

We grow algae in above ground prefabricated modular
concrete tanks. These modules can be quickly assembled to
needed lengths or disassembled and moved to new location.
Concrete, as a tank material is durable and cost effective.       
  
The tanks are organized in rows that allow easy access for
service equipment used to dispense fertilizers, harvest algae,
and monitor their growth rates.

After harvesting the algae is moved to a centralized processing
facility for separation of oil, protein and cellulose.
